Andrew and Rebekah

Andrew and Rebekah are as different as can be. They compliment each other well.

Andrew is outgoing and wide-open, laughing it up. He could be a great little business man.

Rebekah is reserved and contemplative, taking things quite seriously.

Andrew was kind enough to introduce us to his invisible friend before the session ended. He's about this tall.

Cooper and Zack

If you're a primary education teacher, your creative fee is half-priced at Little Photography. It's not a promotion. It's a policy.

We appreciate what you do as teachers. Check out the bottom of the post for more details.

Ashyln Jordan is the first to take advantage of the teacher discount. She currently teaches at Hickory Ridge High School in Harrisburg. Before this year, she had been at Northwest Cabarrus High for 5 years.

Take a look at her growing boys, Cooper and Zack:

Look at those blue eyes!

Cooper is four years old with energy to spare. Zack is much more reserved. He's one.

The picture below is made to match Cooper's one-year Fine Art Oil Portrait from about three years ago.

These guys make a great team. There's something pretty special about the brother relationship. They'll grow up exploring life together.

Elementary, Middle, and High school teachers and administrators at public and private schools are eligible for the teacher discount. Be sure to let us know you're a primary education teacher when you schedule your session.

To schedule, call 704.888.2881 or email info@littlephotography.net.

See you soon.

Taylor Vanderlip

At Little Photography, we don't see high school seniors entering our studio; we see athletes, explorers, artists, scholars - revolutionaries. Incredible young men and women of an emerging generation that will change the world.

Taylor is one such revolutionary.

He kicked off our 2008 senior portrait season this week with an on-location session.

The Little Photography on-location session is the best way for seniors to capture who they are and who they're becoming during their senior year.

We select a location or multiple locations based on who they are. For Taylor, we started at the studio, then hit up the ball field at West Stanly High School and the Red Cross Store.

He traveled almost an hour for his LP on-location session and the images show that it was worth the trip.

A senior at New Covenant Christian Academy, Taylor plays basketball (center), soccer (goalie), and baseball (catcher). Baseball is his favorite.

He's set his sights on either North Greenville or Coastal Carolina for college. He might study business, but there's plenty of time to figure all that out.

He's confident and laid back. We look forward to seeing what this guy is going to do after graduation. The sky is the limit.

High school seniors and those about to become high school seniors, come to Little Photography for your senior portraits. Don't just stick with the pictures your school tosses your way. Come to the only studio that specializes in senior portraiture.

You only get one chance at your senior year. Make it count. Join the revolution.

Call 704.888.2881 or email info@littlephotography.net to schedule your Little Photography on-location session.

Dallas

Amanda Stegall, brought her newest addition for portraits. Dallas is a little over five weeks old now. His big brother, Aiden, has been in a few times. You may remember him from the blog a while back.

There's nothing like the feeling of holding your little one in the crook of your arm...

Easter Holiday Hours

Hearyee hearyee:

Little Photography will be closed Saturday, March 22 through Monday, March 24 in observance of Easter. We'll reopen 9:00am Tuesday, March 25.

Shop Local

We just joined Bank of Stanly's Shop Local program. It's an initiative to build up our community here in Stanly County.

Check out their website when you get a chance: www.bankofstanly.com/local. There you'll find different types of local businesses that you can patronize (in a good way) and thus stimulate the local economy which equals more jobs, better schools, etc.

Everybody wins!

The Baucoms

We had a blast with this family.

The little ones: Madelyn and Miles.

These two are exact oposites. Madaline is a bit shy at first, but warms up once she gets comfortable with you. Miles hits the ground running.

They were both wide-open before the session was over.

Carson and Chris.

Carson

This is Carson. You may have seen her before on the blog.

She came to celebrate her first birthday. We had the opportunity to photograph her all along the way, every three months.

As you can see, she's gotten serious and contemplative in her old age.

Her sister, Chloe, tagged along for the shoot.

They make a great team.

Karsyn

Kenan brought 11-month-old Karsyn in to commemorate her upcoming dedication.

Pretty in pink.

Usually Cindy is the one blowing the bubbles...

By the end of her session, Karsyn was pretty worn out. It's hard work being beautiful.

The Women of LP Tux: Melanie Helm

Melanie Helm from New Covenant Christian School pictured with West Stanly's Kelton Carpenter.

Volleyball/basketball/softball player. Carrousel princess. Little Photography senior client. She's got it all.

March Gallery Wrap Sale

Take 20% off gallery wraps through the end of March.

What's a gallery wrap? Glad you asked.

Your image is printed directly onto Fine Art Canvas and then mounted to a hand-crafted wooden stretcher frame. The image wraps around the stretcher frame, creating a seamless look. A matte coating is then applied to protect your artwork.

By the end of the process, your artwork is ready for display in your home without a frame. This is one of the most chic, classy, and contemporary ways to display your portraits.

These are perfect for the major walls in your home, such as above the couch in your family room.

If you're an LP client, give us a call to order yours. We'll give you a one-week gallery reactivation for free to place your order.

If you're not an LP client yet, give us a call to schedule your portrait session.

704.888.2881 or info@littlephotography for more information.
